This place is stunning, truly incredible. Des, the current owner, has lived here for over 40 years, but its been in the making for thousands of years. A natural amphitheatre , 30 secluded acres. A rural wonderland of deep rich soil, crystal clear riverfront surrounded by diverse sub tropical rainforest.

This house was built by Des (he is sitting on the porch and giving the thumbs up in the video), north easterly facing, weatherboard, it captures the best light all the time.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen areas all lead out to 3 metre wide verandahs. There are 3 bedrooms with built-ins and the master with double doors leading to the verandah. A central kitchen..... a slow combustion wood fire. There is a large shed......it is in its original condition, utilised for storage and could be transformed into something really special.
There are also the old dairy with milking sheds, now used as a workshop and for tool storage. drama Primary School and Chrysalis School are just up the road, the general store and post office are 20 minutes drive away and the cultural township of Bellingen is only another 15 minutes drive away along Waterfall Way.
