Feature of the property is approx 320Ha enclosed by 6'6" heavy duty exclusion fence, this area being divided into 5 separate paddocks with 1.2M ringlock/steel post fencing. The balance of this area about 400Ha, consists of open grazing and timbered ridge on the western boundary.
