People are wanting to be in the East End whether it be to live, work or play. All this amenity is available within a 3 minute walk of the office. The building is also located adjacent to Hindmarsh Square, where there is always something going on, whether it be personal training, picnics or food trucks.
Building:
The building is one of four buildings, which sit above footpath level on a plaza with lots of trees situated centrally in between them all, creating a tranquil place for staff to have their lunch and providing a calming green outlook whilst in the office. Inside, the building has recently been refurbished with an elegant ground floor lobby and modern bathrooms.
Office:
The office located on Level One is fully fitted with three meeting rooms and an open plan work area that comes with workstations. There is also a blank wall and nook that could be used for storage and printing. Large north facing windows allow plenty of natural light and outlook onto the bustle of Grenfell Street.
Transport:
Bent Street Car Park is a 1 minute walk from the building or for those taking the bus Grenfell Street is at the end of the Northern O'Barn Extension and is also well serviced from the East and Western areas.
