Climate and rainfall: Elevated 1100* meters above sea level, the property receives an average annual rainfall of 80* inches. Highest temperatures can reach up to +30C, lowest temperatures occur in July, dropping to -7C at night, with occasional light snow falls once in 3-5 years.
