The 8 Fletcher Street Shopping Precinct will include five retail shops & two restaurants, due for completion November 2016.

The Retail shops have all been designed to accommodate conversion to either restaurants, cafes or takeaways, having connections to kitchen exhausts and grease traps.

With the current food establishments at this end of Fletcher Street & Bay Lane, and its proximity to the beach and town centre, the intention is to create an ‘Eat Street’ along Fletcher Street and down Bay Lane.
