With plenty of birds, kangaroos, wombats and other wildlife this property abounds in peace and tranquility. There are bush views in every direction and with not a neighbour in sight it offers the perfect escape that only nature can provide.
Comfortable weekend accommodation is available by way of a permanent caravan surrounded by a large, insulated, corrugated iron annex. With a combustion wood heater, two water tanks (5,000 and 1,000 litres) and solar power it remains cosy right throughout winter. The caravan has a LPG gas cooker and fridge which work well and there is a composting toilet set apart that is clean and functional.
The property has building permission, and electricity and telephone are available at the front gate. There is one dam near the entrance. Easy access suitable for all vehicles is via a Council-maintained roadway.
Despite its feeling of being in the wilderness, the property is only about 13 minutes drive from Nerriga, an hour from Nowra or Goulburn, and 2 1/2 hours to Sydney. It is also only 3 kilometre's from Oallen Ford reserve where swimming in the Shoalhaven River provides respite from the summer heat.
