I am thrilled to let you know that I have found the perfect property for our family, nestled in Lambs Valley, which must be one of the prettiest places on Earth! Its only 30 minutes out from Maitland and 2.5 hours from you in Sydney. They call it Valley Farm mum, a 100 Acre holding with a contemporary residence that was built just 9 years ago.
It is just perfect in design and quality, and will accommodate all of the children and then some. It has the multiple living spaces we need, stunning kitchen and bathrooms and there is even room for you and Dad when you decide to visit, I do hope you can come soon!
The home is very modern for an acreage property, which they tell me is a rarity in this area and the 3 machinery style sheds come complete with power and concrete floors, they are huge!
But it is the acreage that captures my heart, trundling paddocks of pasture improved soil, ample water for the horses and a dressage area for the girls to practice their craft, I just cant believe its for sale.
The fencing is so secure, we wont have to do a thing and walking over the property today it felt like the homestead we had, growing up as kids. The views are, you guessed it, breathtaking and the air cleaner than I remembered it all those years ago. I think we could even place another dwelling on the property, wouldnt that be lovely?
