An exciting opportunity is now open at Lot Fourteen. Suitably experienced and innovative hospitality operator is being sought via an Expressions of Interest for the coffee bar, located within the State Heritage listed, Bice Building, on the site of the former Royal Adelaide Hospital.
Located within Lot Fourteen, a world class innovation district with a curated, collaborative research and business ecosystem, and currently home to a workforce of 1,300 people which is expected to reach 6,000 people by 2028. With the development of the Tarrkarri - Centre for First Nations Cultures and the Entrepreneur and Innovation Centre, there will be a large increase in construction workers across the two projects before their completion in 2025 and 2024 respectively.
The 30 square metre coffee bar with a beautiful vertical hinge lift serving window, will be housed alongside a new public information centre (to open in mid-2022) and open onto a paved courtyard on North Terrace.
The coffee bar is a canvas opportunity to offer healthy, fresh and convenient 'grab and go' breakfast and lunches, together with take-away coffees and drinks, while having a strong focus on South Australian produce.
The successful proponent will have the opportunity to plan and design a bespoke interior and fitout of the tenancy to meet the aspirations of their proposal and enrich the character of this heritage listed building.
