Commercial Collective, on behalf of the City of Newcastle, is excited to offer a hospitality leasing opportunity in the soon-to-be revitalised Foreshore Park. As part of the Foreshore Park Masterplan, a new café/kiosk is under development, providing an ideal opportunity for an experienced operator to establish a family-oriented café/kiosk in one of Newcastle's most popular public parks.

Covering 11 hectares along Newcastle's Harbour, Foreshore Park is a local favorite, featuring playgrounds, picnic areas, and picturesque walking paths. The café/kiosk will become a central amenity, offering fresh, wholesome food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with the flexibility to cater to special events and gatherings.

The site will be delivered as a warm shell, complete with essential infrastructure including a grease arrestor, exhaust fan connection point, and dual sliding service windows to streamline operations during busy periods.
