LOCATION
Kundiawa is situated on the banks of the Talbragar River, 4km from the village of Cobbora, 17km West of Dunedoo and 79km East of Dubbo NSW.
WATER
Kundiawa is extremely well watered with 4km double frontage to the Talbragar River. The property also have 3 equipped bores pumping to tanks (2 x 20,000L and 1 x 5,000L galvanised tanks) then relarculating to 26 cement troughs. Kundiawa also has 22 dams that have contoured catchments.
