Location: Approximately 50 km north east of Tamworth via Limbri, 13 km south west of Woolbrook village and 38 km west of Walcha. The property is accessed from Danglemah Road via a legal Right of Way easement through an adjoining property.

Country Type: Mostly hilly grazing country, parts steep, with fertile valleys and creek flats. Cleared to shade and shelter timber, virtually all grazeable and accessible. Timber species include Box, Gum, Apple, Stringbark and Kurrajong. Fenced into three main paddocks, in sound stock proof order.
