The cafe is to provide a menu that is reflective of locally sourced and grown produce and presents a menu that caters to varying dietary requirements. An operation that looks to utlitise sustainable practises in its food preparation, use and waste processes. The menu selection and prices will need to suit the broad demographics of visitors.
