Perfectly suited to a range of allied health professionals, your colleagues include Psychologists, Social Worker, Art Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapists. Cross referrals are part of Webster House's supportive culture.

    The property was comprehensively renovated three years ago to provide the customised facilities that our professional tenants value, including:

    - SOUNDMASK system - installed throughout the ceiling space of the entire building. This system generates unobtrusive sound waves, making your conversations unintelligible to those outside your room. This is the professional approach to achieving confidentiality that's used in open-plan call centres and medical clinics.

    - Acoustic panels - to complete the confidentiality strategy.

    - Ducted, reverse cycle system that is controlled by the MyAir phone app (see photo). You can pre-heat or cool your room remotely! So, when you arrive at Webster House, your room is already at your preferred temperature!

    -Daily cleaning of the common areas. Cleanliness is so important, particularly during these COVID times.

    - Stable, super fast internet. Webster House is fortunately located in a small area of Ballarat that is serviced by iiNet's ULTRA Cable broadband. iiNet Cable is widely regarded to be superior to the NBN in both speed and reliability, which is a huge advantage for anyone moving into the telehealth sphere. This is further supported by the TP Link Deco system, which ensures every practitioner's room enjoys the same high service.

    -Secure tenancy

    Although we don't work from Webster House ourselves, we are readily accessible via phone, email or text.

    Your weekly rent of $270 plus GST gives you access to your room 24/7. Some of our practitioners have arranged joint tenancy agreements with a colleague whereas others prefer to have their own, dedicated space. We do not rent rooms on a daily basis.

    Your room is provided unfurnished as we want you to have the opportunity to create a personal space that suits your specific needs and preferences.
