Set on 29.65 acres, it had electricity connected which is still available on the street, magnificent fireplace in the lounge/dining room, 2 spacious bedrooms, separate toilet to the bathroom. Its not in a very good state but elbow grease, new amenities and an eye for decoration will transform it back to an acceptable home.
