This humble cottage on just over 35 acres, has power pole just inside the boundary but not wired to the cottage. There is a dam, a few meagre animal pens, partial fences and is currently grassed up to feed the owners goats and pony.
There is septic connected, bathroom facilities, 1 bedroom, lounge room and a cooking area with gas stove. The cottage is run on a very small solar system.
We know its not the taj mahal but its perfect for weekend breaks.
