This cute cottage on just over 88 acres, needs a good cleanup inside and out, a lick of paint, new kitchen and upgrade of the bathroom if you wanted to make it your forever home. If it would just be for weekend getaways, then a cleanup would be all it needs. It does have a small solar system, but no access to electricity. Hidden away from the road, no address will be given out until we have an inspection.
