Maitland City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from commercial operators with proven experience in the food and hospitality industry to obtain a lease to occupy The Riverlink at The Levee Central Maitland.

The Riverlink Building is a beautifully crafted architectural showpiece that will connect High Street, Maitland to the banks of the Hunter River and see the creation of public open space, public art, new amenities and a modern eatery with mezzanine.

The lease offers prime indoor plus outdoor dining space serviced by a fully fitted commercial kitchen and bar servery. The double storey venue is to be licenced and potentially offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options, presenting a viable opportunity for an experienced and business savvy operator.

Overlooking the river, the Riverlink lease area is estimated as 181 square metres with alfresco dining and catering cocktail style. The adjoining plaza will be periodically enlivened by activations, art installations, events and activities, creating trade opportunities.
