At a time when CBD cafes are finding office worker patronage being reduced, the University of Sydney continues to improve and grow.
We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from retailers interested in leasing all or part of a 235 square metre (approx.) retail area plus external seating areas in the recently completed Law Building on campus at the University of Sydney.
The retail area features a massive frontage with exposure directly on to the lawns of the Law Building courtyard as well as access and seating facing Eastern Avenue, the main pedestrian path linking the University's Camperdown campus with its Darlington campus on City Road.
The retail area is equipped to accommodate a large cafe, restaurant or cafeteria with grease trap and kitchen exhaust and consideration will also be given to the possible subdivision of the area into two or possibly three tenancies.
The Law Building features student lecture theatres, seminar and study rooms plus the brand new Law Library and is expected to have strong visitation from law students plus the many lecturers and barristers, solicitors, judges and other legal entities.
