Our registered valuer is a specialist retail valuer as per the Retail Leases Act and is accredited with the Australian Property Institute and the Real Estate Institute.

We manage Residential Flats and Houses to Commercial Properties -shops, factories & offices with an extensive knowledge base on tenancy law, retail shop law and commercial leases including OH&S, EPA and Liability issues, with the licensee-director having some 33 yrs experience in the profession.
