· Working with you to formulate an appropriate exit strategy over a set period of time.
·· Core will offer to meet with you in order to understand your business and assess the saleability thereof. We will work with you in confidence to provide you with an opinion of the value range and also to provide you with options of the best way to market your business. This may include, inter alia, options to sell a portion of the business to a targeted Buyer and to provide you with certainty of an exit strategy after a given number of years should you as owner not wish to exit entirely on day 1. Alternatively, there may be an earnout option which could increase the value of the business over the next 12 months
