First established in 2005 by experienced agents David Armstrong, Stewart Smith and Rex Hyson. With the backing of a trusted national brand behind us, we have an extensive network of experts to tap into. Combined with our local focus, you get the best of both worlds.

We’re headed by Licensee in Charge Rodney McDonald who has been working with Elders Bega since 2010. We are excited to offer a rural property specialist in David Armstrong. Dave brings over 25 years local real estate experience to the role. Matthew Hughes has been a breath of fresh air in the office as our residential sales person and marketing specialist, Matthew drives our well performing social media platforms. As a team we are widely recognized for our experience and focus on modern digital marketing strategies. Our small team of administration staff is led by Emma Carroll who’s attention to detail and friendly personality are a great asset to our office.

Emma also runs our growing property management arm – we pride ourselves on offering an excellent service to landlords and tenants at very competitive rates.
