GiGi Industrial & Commercial was established in March 2017, founded by Director, Doukas Gigis, servicing Dandenong, Keysborough, Hallam and surrounding suburbs in Industrial real estate.

With 11 solid years of background in the industry, on which GiGi Industrial & Commercial was formed, current growth of our boutique agency has exceeded expectations.  Continuing to gain support from local developers, builders, landlords and tenants, GiGi is in the front line of bringing these connections together.

With the introduction of Eastlink and Dandenong Bypass now connecting major roadways, a rise in Industrial Estates has transformed the Real Estate market. Major changes have taken place in Dandenong’s Industrial Precinct. The influx of property development has seen Dandenong become Victoria`s major Industrial Hub, now accommodating sole traders and small family businesses to major Bluechip company distribution centres, alike.
