Our Company Director & Principal Agent Dion Hannant instantly found his passion for Real Estate after purchasing his first property. Since then, his love for Real Estate has only grown and Hannant Property Group Pty Ltd (HPG Realty) was created so he could share his experience and help others get the most out of their own Real Estate journey.

Our Company values are simple, they include a friendly hands-on approach with clear and consistent communication. We aim to give our clients ease of mind throughout the entire process, whether it be buying, selling, or managing your property.

Our wonderful team at HPG Realty take pride in building strong and lasting relationships where we’ll always get back to you. This is reflected throughout our clients; one example is Empire Industrial Estate who we have worked closely with for 16 years and currently manage 45 Commercial Tenancies for.

Our head office is located in Yatala on the Gold Coast, although we do not let this stop us from taking care of all of Queensland. In the future HPG Realty will have offices throughout the state and when we do, we’ll be bringing our smile with us!
