TM Consultancy (TMC) is a commercial and industrial real estate agency based in Richmond. Director Doug Francis has been an active sales and leasing agent predominantly in the eastern and south eastern suburbs for the past twenty years. The agency has an orientation to project marketing, and new developments working with landlords, prospective owner occupiers, and developers to create feasible projects. 

Doug has accounting and marketing undergraduate degrees, a post graduate degree in property, and is a fully licensed real estate agent.
