Strategically located within the Border Rivers region of Queensland, the Aggregation presents the opportunity to acquire a high-quality, BCI certified irrigation enterprise of scale and quality.
Comprising two contiguous holdings, the Aggregation represents a total land area of 13,920* hectares of which 1,700* hectares is irrigable and a further 8,100* hectares dryland with balance areas comprising grazing, infrastructure and support lands. Substantial water assets underpin the irrigation areas and comprise 11,873* megalitres of supplemented and unsupplemented water via the Yambocully Scheme (plus overland flow).
The Aggregation is offered for sale by two-staged Expression of Interest with stage one closing Thursday 23 November 2023 at 4:00pm AEST. The Aggregation is offered for sale on a going concern basis with inclusions (standing crop and plant and equipment) available. In addition, offers will also be considered for Undabri and Yambocully separately on a contingent basis.
