About Col Medway
Col Medway is a founding Senior Director of LAWD and one of Australia’s most highly regarded rural real estate agents with more than 30 years spent overseeing transactions across the sector.
With career foundations as a licensed auctioneer, Col has an industry-leading track record and, in the past five years alone, has been directly involved in more than $1 billion of rural asset sales.
For Col, agriculture is more than an industry he works in. He is deeply personally connected to farming having been raised on the family grazing property near Gunning in New South Wales he is today the fourth generation to own and operate. He is also founder of the South Eastern Livestock Exchange and Western Victorian Livestock Exchange.
Col has sold rural assets across Australia, from cattle stations in the Cape of Queensland to dairy farms in Tasmania, as well as feedlots, abattoirs, quarries, irrigated and dryland cropping properties, and a wide range of horticultural enterprises. It is this breadth of experience that makes Col such a valuable member of LAWD’s leadership team.
Col works closely with vendors during the sales process and brings a comprehensive understanding of the assets he sells, allowing him to best highlight and promote value benefits to the market.
