    Ours is a unique and beautiful grand historic country home on 16 private acres in a scenic valley just 12 minutes from Bathurst township and on the school bus route.

    This is one of the oldest homes in the region - built in the 1820/30s era, the property has a long sweeping driveway framed by blossoming ornamental pears trees, a perennial garden and a terraced garden leading to the front entrance creating an attractive and peaceful environment for those who love privacy. There are no close neighbours.

    Apparently it was convict built by the first owner Samuel Terry who was a convict stonemason to the Rev Samuel Marsden, who ended up the wealthiest ex convict in NSW and known as the Rothschild of Botany Bay, so there is a wealth of history here.
