Annual events which swell the towns number include, Gold Cup (March), Trangie Truck and Tractor Show (Biennially April), and the Macquarie Picnic Races (Dec).

With Trangie being situated amongst a diverse agriculture district, inc Cotton, Sorghum & Fat Lambs, with many being large scale farms, there is no shortage of patrons to be found for the pub.
