    Soils
    The eastern country contains rich, dark loamy soils on the river flats rising to darker volcanic soils on the ridgelines. The western portion is elevated with dark, volcanic soils with a blend of native and improved pastures.

    The property is divided by the Mary Valley highway. The eastern title houses all of the infrastructure including the dairy, homestead & numerous sheds.
