    The bore was drilled in 2010 with flow test rate at 13,000* GPH, 150mm electric submersible pump install in July 2024.

    Irrigation Allocation
    170 megalitre irrigation allocation in Zone 3B of the Callide benefited ground water area, current announced allocation is 95%.

    Grazing
    Besides the irrigation paddocks there are 4 grazing paddocks, pastures of buffel, green panic, progardis, butterfly pea and para grass in the waterways.

    Fencing
    Fencing consists of predominately 4 barb split post fencing with steel corner assemblies in good condition. Small amount of new 3 barb and star picket fencing around pivot.

    Cattle Yards
    Portable panel cattle yards with drafting pound, vet crush and loading ramp.

    Stock & Domestic Water
    Bore equipped with electric submersible pump to 21,000* litre tank with pressure pump supplying troughs and garden taps.
    Rainwater storage comprise 30,000* litre tank on the shed and 4,000* litre tank on stand at the house.
