    One of the main features of Argadells is the secure water system with a pipeline from the springs north of Hannemann's Gorge delivering water to a 20,000 Gallon header tank on the top side of the Gorge with a gravity fed pipeline system for the entire property. This system is also backed up with a bore at the woolshed with a 240v submersible that if needed, can pump water back up the system to the Hannemann's tank. The property also has 2 bores, 6 earth dams and rainwater systems which support and provide a reliable back up to the gravity pipeline system ensuring a constant water supply to the entire property.
