    Situation: This unique property is situated 30 minutes from Bundaberg on the edge of the small village of Yandaran, which boasts the convenience of a state school, grocery store, post office and pub. These are all within walking distance of the boundary.

There is basic plant included 2140 John Deere tractor with front mounted blade, post hole digger, slasher and farm Ute.
    The property has been running 20 mixed cattle however for the area in this farm and the feed that is evident at the end of winter it would be considered lightly stocked.
