The property features 4 bores (3 free flowing & 1 solar) plumbed to over 30 troughs most with tanks. A near new set of Gallagher steel goat/sheep yards (6,000 capacity) is located centrally while the property includes a 10' x 40' 4 bedroom Atco transportable with steel framed flyover roof and 10' x 40' kitchen/meals area.

Extensive Werai Watercourse flood out country (most recently flooded in Jan 2024 see photos) with most tracks graded and easy to get around.
