Currently the water is only connected to two stock troughs but does fill house dam but has the capacity to run over the majority of the property and over the road as it is downhill gradient. "Mountview" drains to the south east via a tree lined seasonal creek (White gums and Mallee gums).
    "Meeks" again has versatile soil types with heavy black ground on the southern end with loamy country in the middle
