The Farms each have a Grower Agreement with one of Australia's largest poultry processors (Baiada). 

Progressively upgraded and expanded, the four farms provide an opportunity to secure a large production base benefitted by scale whilst also enabling further expansion through development of eight (24,480* square metres) additional sheds by March 2027. Significant capital has been invested in operational efficiency with a 500KW solar system and large-scale desalination plant.

Large-scale 500KW solar system with power factor correction (PFC).
Dryland farming across balance areas on all farms allow for additional income streams and production of bedding for broiler sheds. These areas are currently leased with payment in lieu made via supply of 1,200 bales per annum (for bedding).
Onsite accommodation, centralised office and workshops, supporting infrastructure and fit-for-purpose plant and equipment.
