Situated in the Mid-North region of South Australia, the Portfolio comprises a total land area of 205.98* hectares, 29 free-range broiler sheds (61,109* square metres) and 174.98* hectares of dryland cropping & grazing land. The Portfolio has recently secured a Grower Agreement with one of Australia's largest poultry processors (Baiada) and as such, represents the largest free-range farm to produce the renowned Lilydale brand.
Progressively upgraded and expanded, the Portfolio provides an opportunity to secure a large production base benefitted by scale whilst also enabling further expansion through development of eight (24,480* square metres) additional sheds by March 2027. Significant capital has been invested in operational efficiency with a 500KW solar system and large-scale desalination plant.
