The portfolio also includes an essential oil distillation and cosmetics production facility in Albany, WA.
BURDEKIN AGGREGATION
Quality developed irrigation land comprising 1,928.60ha along with 11,549 megalitres of water security.
The asset base includes 16 properties in the Dalberg and Millaroo districts, which are operatd as 3 aggregations. The irrigated farming cropping land is currently growing Indian sandalwood. However, the land and water offer the opportunity to grow other crops, including sugar cane, corn, beans, capsicums, cotton and melons.
The properties have access to full flood irrigation from the Burdekin River via the Burdekin Irrigation Area (BIA) supplied by Sunwater. A small area of the properties are irrigated using trickle tape and are supported by modern pumping and associated infrastructure.
