Pine Hills incorporates the old convict transit town of Swanston and boasts 14 titles. It covers 1719ha and has predominantly healthy dolerite and some basalt soils. Pine Hills has a modest 73 sqm 2 bedroom weatherboard house next to its 3 stand shearing shed(185sqm). A 500ML dam site has been identified on the Pine Rivulet and 2 pivot sites covering in excess of 70ha are an obvious start.
