After a series of poor east coast seasons the properties are still running 3000 healthy sheep. The properties have run 2950 ewes and 700 ewe hoggets. The properties have a warm climate as they are down off the Oatlands plateau.
There is approximately 927ha under covenant but most can be grazed 8 months of the year under a restricted stocking rate and a game management plan allows for control of feral animals and wallaby.
These properties have a lovely feeling of isolation but are only 50 minutes to Orford, the gateway to Tasmania's East coast, hour and a half from Hobart and 30 minutes from services in Oatlands.
Offers may be made for the individual properties.
