The other bathroom is located off the huge mudroom/laundry. Very handy if you have been outside riding or gardening and want to clean up before you head further inside.
Outside features include a lovely big dam, a decent shed and well fenced horse paddocks plus a small day yard.
The house is nestled in a very private, peaceful setting, with beautiful established trees and no neighbours within sight, but we have it on good authority that they are lovely. It's a great community here in Barwite, and the booming regional town of Mansfield is only 15 minutes away with a school bus service that runs right past the front gate.
