The properties are approximately 10km apart and have sealed road access to Perth which is approximately 110 kms away.

Seasonal conditions provide a unique marketing slot within Western Australia and Australia.

Water resource is from the Gingin aquifer with annual entitlement 4,875 ML. Supply is from 18 bores with 11 powered by solar with mains backup.

The avocado market in WA has grown significantly with exports alone up more than 400 percent from 2022/23 to 2023/24.
