    Located 14km North of Narromine and 44km North-West of Dubbo, 'Beemery' is superbly located for all irrigated farming applications. The level alluvial soils and red loams of the area are renowned for producing high output, cereals, pulse, orchards and cotton. With well-equipped infrastructure and water security 'Beemery' is an outstanding example of Blue-Ribbon farming in the Central West.

    'Beemery' makes use of 4 x 40 hectare pivots each with 3 phase connection, designed to each apply 12.5mm over 24-hour period. Each pivot is constructed with 7 spans and 16.9 x 24 high flotation tyres, new telemetry water meters have also been installed. The pivots are watered via 2 x pump sites with 4 x pumps located on the banks of the Macquarie River.
    A 300ML Storage dam is fitted with a Caterpillar 3306 with 6 x 6 centrifugal pump. This reservoir has been built to harvest the overland flow water and via channel is pumped with a tail water pump 6bt Cummins with 400mm China pump. The centrifugal pump on the storage dam can pump to pivot 4 via 10 inch main.
    There has been investigation into the construction of an 80ha pivot between the reservoir and pivot 4 this would utilise the water stored in the reservoir.

    Water Licences
    The purchaser of the property will acquire WAL 3189 along with 2ML of water. The purchaser will then have the right immediately after the auction to enter into a contract and purchase the balance of the water on WAL 3189 (345ML) at $4,200 per ML.

    The remaining water licences will be included in the property sale.

    2024 Cropping

    Grain Storage
    A feature of 'Beemery' is its 1400 tonnes of grain storage accessibility with all-weather gravel road from the silo complex to the sealed Burroway Road.
