The country consists of mostly black and brown self-mulching soils and some decomposing granite type soils. The trees consist of Bauhinia, Narrow leaf Iron bark, Black butt Gums, Brigalow and other native gum trees and scrubs. The grasses mostly consist of Urachloa, Couch and a legume called Wyn Cassia. All horses were bred to work cattle once upon a time by the owner. The majority of these horses are brood mares and 2-year-olds, plus two stallions. The breakup is included in attachments. These horses are to be sold with the property as is where is. They are unbroken, unridden and not halter broken, either. There is no loading ramp to load horses on to trucks. One of the stallion's, is registered with paperwork. He is a paint horse and nice type at around 14.2 hands at a guess. Mostly all of these horses have nice quiet temperaments. Mostly all horses are under 14.3 hands.
