Elders Tasmania are pleased to offer for sale a mature timber plantation accessed from Jeffreys Track, Lachlan.

The property is 302.66 ha and has 13 titles. The plantation area covers 168 ha.

E. Delegatensis 111.4ha 41691m3

All varieties were planted in 1990/91

The plantation offers a mix of sawlog, pulpwood and a large firewood resource.
