Private Viewings by Appointment.
This diverse remnant vegetated woodland property is ideally located some 30km north west of the township of Cranbrook and approx. 7km off the Albany Highway. Remnant vegetation are regarded as having high value as strategic corridors throughout the rural landscape, acting as macro-corridors for the important movement of birds and animals.
In addition to public reserves there has been an increased awareness for the need for private landowners to conserve remnant bushland. This woodland is represented by Wandoo, Jarrah, Yate and Sheoak trees. The understory comprises of Acacia, Hakea, Grevillea and dozens more species.
In Spring it becomes a profusion of wildflowers making it a photographers' delight. The bird list is extensive with over 40 different species which are good indicators for the environmental health of the bush.
For the lovers of our West Australian bush this retreat has an approximately 0.6ha house site with sweeping views of farmland and the woodland. An ideal location for those quiet week/weekend camp overs exploring the bush.
