    A short walk takes you down to one of the boat ramps on the lovely internal creek and is ideal for canoes/kayaks. There is a timber bridge that crosses this creek and old bushwalking tracks are easily identified and with a little work, could be once again used.

    Ranging between 7m and 17m above sea level, the block has some fencing and a large dam. A pump on the dam supplies water for outdoor use. There is a large, cleared area which would make a good paddock for horses and you can easily drive around the block, past the dam and the other two boat ramps down to Euleilah creek.

    The property has bitumen road frontage and the mail is delivered 5 days a week. The local primary school is about 4km and children can catch the school bus to the high school in Rosedale. Telstra mobile reception is good.
