Situated approx. 450 metres above sea-level, you benefit from cooler temperatures and can enjoy your crackling fireplace.

    122'000 litres filtered rain water, apart from our personal use, also help to maintain our organic, raised garden beds as well as our orchard with Meyer lemon, Grapefruit, Kefir Lime, Orange, Olive and Kumquats trees. The house is powered by a hybrid system, solar, batteries and from the grid. The working shed also includes a horse stable. There are ample opportunities for the new owner to adapt the house and property to their infinite imagination to create their own Wellness Retreat. This natural and minimalistic living in harmony with nature suited the two of us; living a simple, organic sustainable life style without forgoing all the creature comforts. We are far away yet so close to everything!
