Brindadabella Blue is a wonderfully positioned grazing property that runs from 1,000 to 1,300 meters above sea level and has 38-40 inch rainfall.
Approximately 3,595.5 acres of fertile basalt country ranging form undulating to step hills with 2,395(approx.) acres of valley floors running to the open hill and ridgeline country. The balance is steeper timbered country.
Fertilizer has been applied in the first 3 years of ownership and was over sewn with white clovers. The pastures are a mix of sound natives with some introduced species such as fescue and rye. The property is currently destocked and carrying a good body of feed.
Water is from 16 dams and the crystal clear Wombramurra Creek and Crawney Gully run through the holding also.
The property has a set of steel and timber cattle yards, complete with race, pound, crush and loading ramp and has large cooler yards as well.
