    The "Mountain Paddock" is predominately semi open, undulating, ironbark country, ranging from creek flats on Theresa Creek frontage, timbered with Brigalow, Blackbutt and Box through to Basalt & Granite tops. Other timber on the property includes, Bloodwood, Quiniron, Dead Finish, Sandlewood and Mountain Coolibah.

    The dominate native grasses on the "Mountain Paddock" include Forest Mitchell, Spear and Kangaroo Grass. Buffel Grass and Seca Stylo are established throughout the property.

    Water

    The "Mountain Paddock" is watered by a trickle feed water supply from the Theresa Creek Dam to Clermont pipeline on the northern end of the property via 1 1/4" poly pipeline to 1000 litre round concrete trough in watering square. Also plumbed into a round concrete trough in the Stockyards. In addition there is a bore toward the southern end of the property and seasonal holes in waterways on the property.

    Fencing

    The "Mountain Paddock" is subdivided into 2 main grazing paddocks and a holding paddock. The internal fencing is 3 barb on steel posts. The boundary fence is predominately 3 & 4 barb on wood and steel posts with a section of 2 barb & 1 plain on steel posts.

    Stockyards

    The "Mountain Paddock" Stockyards are steel portable panel yards with cattle rail panels in the forcing yard, pound and crush. The stockyards incorporate a 4 way pound draft, Cavalier cattle crush and loading ramp. Water is connected to a round concrete trough in the yards. NOTE: Branding cradle not included in the sale.
