    Consisting of six semi-contiguous freehold land titles, there is direct access to the South Coast Highway at multiple locations and the Port City of Albany is approximately 65km to the south west. There is approximately 12 kilometres between the three western titles and three eastern titles. The aggregation has excellent access with gravel roads and laneways throughout.

    The farms benefit from being within a mild climatic zone, with a very low frost risk and minimal days of heat stress being in close proximity to the South Coast and receiving an average annual rainfall of approximately 620 mm.

The farms are well fenced with the majority being replaced within the past decade and also have two homes that are well located and convenient to Wellstead and South Stirling primary schools.

    Seeding has commenced on the property with a planned cropping program of 2,772 hectares (6,849acres) is planned to be sown in 2024, with approximately 1,162 hectares of canola, 1035 hectares of barley and 575 hectares of wheat.
