You don't have to do that yourself though. The groups that come is an external business and provides an income stream for the property through these Nature based programs.

The land is surrounded by National Park on 3 sides and hundreds of acres of the northern neighbour. Access is through NPWS locked gates on roads that require skilled driving.

There are 2 sheds of vehicles, plant and equipment, shade house, native orchids, crows nest ferns.
The shed house has 2 bedrooms, insulated corrugated iron and woven bamboo. Fully self sufficient off grid all stand alone solar power. Passive solar designed north facing, split level pole framed with verandah.
DA approved 2 Bedroom home with plans also available. All clearing has been done to meet the fire standards.
Organically managed for over 20 years with no grazing, veggies gardens and orchard.
