"Gibson Plains" has an area of 226.1 hectares (558.69 acres) consisting of heavy good quality black sandy loam soils. The property has a very good central laneway and excellent fencing with wallaby fencing in place on all boundary fences. Internal electric fences are powered by two large solar units. There is a pressure water system to water troughs also supplied by a solar water pump. The property has 500 acres of grass approximately that is fertilized each year. Outbuildings include two large barns to hold approximately 450 bales and the balance of hay is wrapped in plastic for storage. The property produced 700 bales of hay this season. Usually running 450 head of beef cattle on the property, the land contour is flat and has very good shelter, and there has been hump and hollowing carried out on several paddocks. Good cattle stockyards and loading race are located in a good position on the farm.
